Trapstar London offers a 14-day return window for all items returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that certain exclusive drops and hygiene-sensitive items may be ineligible for refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all official Trapstar hangtags and branded dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the generated return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point; keep your tracking receipt for proof of postage.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
